Recipe books
- The FeedZone Cook Book, Biju Thomas and Allen Lim. Great for cyclists and runners. We used this a lot in my pre-CFS days.
- Deliciously Ella: Awesome ingredients, incredible food that you and your body will love, Ella Woodward. Ella got me addicted to nut butter. This is a veggie book. We’re not veggie’s but it’s given us loads of ideas that we adapt. Her buckwheat focaccia is one of our favourites and the best bread replacement I’ve found.
- Eat. Nourish. Glow. Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter e-books, Amelia Freer. A bargain at 99p each. Many of these recipes including Turkey Chilli and chickpea flatbread have become staples for us.
